Terms of Service
I have the right to decline commission request if it beyond my capability
Workflow
The completion time for each commission ranges between 5-14 days, depending on the artwork's complexity.
Order & Upfront Payment:
- Client can order through X DM.
- Client must send details (Please give detailed references; character details, pose, and props), then I confirm pricing.
- Pay 50% upfront → Before the sketching phase.
Drawing Phase:
- Track progress via Google Sheet link (sent after payment).
- Sketch → Approve/revision (3 free changes).
- Coloring → No structural edits after approval (change color is okay).
- Final watermarked preview → Pay remaining 50%.
Delivery:
- Send via e-mail or Google Drive
- Get unwatermarked + watermarked files.
Payment
- Payments are accepted via GoPay, Shopeepay, Bank Jago (for local), and PayPal (for inter).
- 50% upfront payment before I start working.
- 50% after completion, before final files are delivered.
- No refunds under any circumstances after payment is made.
Process & Revisions
- 3x free revisions during sketch phase only.
- Minor revision for color in the coloring phase is free.
- Additional changes = extra fee (start from 10k or 2$).
- Client unresponsive for 7+ days = commission canceled (no refund).
Copyright & Usage
I (Artist) keep full rights and can:
- Use the final artwork in my portfolio/social media.
Client MUST:
- Only post the watermarked version if shared online.
- Credit me when posting.
Client MAY NOT:
- Use commercially, resell, or turn into NFTs/AI
Cancellation
- No refunds once payment is made.
- If I cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
